CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM JOODJ.COM WITHOUT REGISTERING?

Yes! You can log in as a guest and simply input your billing and delivery information. That said, we encourage you to register and save time on your next purchase. A Joodj.com account will also give you access to special offers, and notifications on the latest style trends and events!

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY JOODJ ITEMS WHEN ORDERED?

Our goal is to deliver your product as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday. Orders will be processed the next business day if order is placed by 12 pm EST. Orders placed after 12 pm EST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.You should receive two emails regarding your order. First, of confirmation of order placement. Then, an email with confirmation of shipment of your package including a tracking number. We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Your JOODJs are sent via USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Next Day. C Confirmation of your shipment will include details on your selected courier. You can follow your package with the tracking information provided with the confirmation.Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we are unable to ship internationally. However, please keep checking back with us, as this option is on its way! Clicking on the ‘mailing list’ option will allow us to notify you of any changes to our shipping policies.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAP?

Products purchased from JOODJ.com arrive in JOODJ packaging that adds a nice touch to gift-giving.

WHAT ABOUT LOST PACKAGES?

JOODJ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address provided to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an wrong or inaccurate address.

RETURNS

JOODJ items sold are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. We quality check every piece before it is shipped out but, there is always human error. If that is the case, don't worry! We'll make it right! Please drop us an email immediately, indicating that you have received ‘Damaged or Defective Items’. Don't forget to include your order number! We do not accept returns on damaged or defective items purchased through retailers that sell JOODJ. Please contact the store in which you purchased the item for assistance. You may review our return policy for more detailed information.

SIZING and FEATURES

A majority of our pieces are sized "One Size Fits Most" unless otherwise stated in the description. If you feel you have received an item that just won't fit... let us know! We'll do our best to work with you to get the perfect fit.  All features, descriptions, specifications, colors, products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weight, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable effort to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the display of applicable colors which will depend on your computer system.

MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT..

Order invoices are put inside every outgoing package. If your item is a gift and you would like us to exclude the invoice in the shipment please Contact Us via email and be sure to include your order number.
