Return Policy

Thank you for placing an order with Joodj.com. We greatly appreciate your business.
The following return policy applies to domestic orders only. We currently do not ship items internationally.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Joodj.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will gladly accept returns, based on the following guidelines:

  • Items sold are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. We quality check every piece before it is shipped out but, there is always human error. If that is the case - don't worry! We'll make it right! 
  • All returns are accepted, on an EXCHANGE BASIS ONLY or for Joodj.com store credit 
  • Eligible item(s) must be returned for exchange for the same product purchased if we have it available in our inventory, in the value of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. If the eligible item is out of stock, we will issue a Joodj.com store credit in the value of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS accepted EXCEPT in the case of return of damaged or defective goods.
  • Eligible item(s) must be returned for exchange or Joodj.com store credit within 15 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in original packaging, and with all original tags, plastic wrap, dust bags, gift boxes, paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure Joodj.com store credit. 
  • Returned items are only eligible for exchange ONE time.
  • All sales are FINAL. Exchanges and returns for store credit are not acceptable on sale items or promotional merchandise.
  • All returns, must be shipped back within 15 days of the purchase date. If the item is not returned within this time period, there will be no exchange allowed

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Joodj Customer Support immediately and within 7 days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Joodj.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Support, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

If there is extensive damage to the shipment packaging upon delivery, contact Customer Support immediately at 1-800-522-2934. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number when you call.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item to Joodj.com, please follow the instructions below. Instructions are also outlined on the packing slip with your shipped items.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in unused, good condition, to ensure credit.In the case of damaged or defective items, enclose a copy of the return policy noting the damage/defect in the space provided
  • Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • In the case of damaged or defective items, enclose a copy of the original packing slip, noting the damage(s) on the space provided. You can expect eligible refunds in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.
  • Joodj.com store credit for returns (including gift returns) will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
All returns are subject to the Joodj.com Return Policy as stated above
